Tillman Digital Cities

SherAfgan Mehboob is the President & Chief Financial Officer at Tillman Digital Cities. He is responsible for digital infrastructure development focused on connectivity, as well as technology developments across 5G, enterprise networks and the Internet of Things. 

Prior to joining Tillman, SherAfgan was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, a leading full-service investment bank. He was instrumental in building out the firm’s digital infrastructure practice with a focus on data centers and wireless infrastructure, having completed over $40bn in M&A and financing transactions over his career. Mehboob has also held roles at Deutsche Bank Securities and Deloitte Consulting LLC.

SherAfgan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University

Joel McIntyre is the Head of Real Estate for Tillman Digital Cities. He is responsible for all sales, marketing, and branding initiatives. Prior to joining TDC, Joel founded GiGstreem, the fastest growing ISP servicing multifamily and commercial real estate. Joel was also COO At BAI Connect, a regional ISP based in Los Angeles. He began his career in private equity, and over the last 15 years has invested in and/or operated cell towers, data centers, middle-mile fiber, last-mile wireless and fiber distribution, and subsea cables.

Joel holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Duke University. He lives in New York City with his wife and five children.

Farouk Zeineddine is an accomplished telecom executive with over 28 years of experience in shaping and delivering innovative wireless solutions. He brings deep expertise in product line management, network architecture (covering Macro, Micro, Metro, DAS, Small Cells, In-Building Systems, and Heterogeneous Networks), as well as technical services, business development, and construction management. Known for his ability to manage and execute complex, large-scale network infrastructure projects, Farouk has consistently delivered results across multiple concurrent initiatives.

In his most recent role as Vice President for carrier programs, Farouk led the successful deployment of wireless network projects from start to finish. His strategic leadership and focus on operational excellence ensured timely delivery, while driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Farouk holds a bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a specialization in Communications. 

Hope Kirkendall is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at TDC, where she leads strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, and business development efforts. With over 15 years of experience in the telecom industry, Hope excels in both start-up and Fortune 100 environments, driving success through her comprehensive understanding of the telecom business lifecycle—from sales and operations to strategy, logistics, and account management.

Known for her ability to think strategically and execute effectively, Hope is a creative problem solver with strong decision-making skills. Her exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities have helped her build long-term client relationships based on integrity and trust. A collaborative leader, Hope prioritizes the company’s success, earning her a reputation as a results-driven and trusted partner in the telecom industry.

Hope lives outside Atlanta with her husband, four young children and 2 dogs. When she isn’t working, she can be found in her garden or doing something creative.
