   (a)  Web Site Owner. Tillman Digital Cities LLC (“TDC”) is the owner of this web site ("TDC Web Site"). This online privacy notice discloses TDC information practices for this TDC Web Site, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. Other TDC web sites may be governed by privacy notices containing different information practices applicable to those sites.
   
   (b) Web Site Visits. You can visit the TDC Web Site without disclosing any personal information.
2.  Personal Information That May Be Collected.
   
   (a)  TDC does not collect personal information from visitors of the TDC Web Site.

   (a)  No Tracking of Personal Information. TDC's Web Site(s) are currently not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors.    (b) Terms of Use. Any dispute over privacy between the TDC Website visitor and TDC is subject to the provisions of this notice and to TDC's Terms of Use Agreement  which is hereby incorporated herein and which can be read here.
